Ashlee Simpson-Wentz in January of 2010 in New York at the Hershy Store where she launches the New Additions to Pieces Candies and the Pieces Wrapper Reward Program. She looks awesome with jet black hair. She wore her new color long and sleek with long choppy bangs. She looked super cute in this light blue t-shirt, black leather jacket and skinny jeans.
